Two men were detained after allegedly beating and seizing a young man. The aggressors then took his car keys and two phones

Two men were detained by the police from Ilfov after, a month ago, they allegedly beat and seized a young man in a house in Chiajna, then took his car keys and two phones.

The Ilfov County Police Inspectorate announced that the police officers of the Criminal Investigation Service ordered the detention, for 24 hours, of two men, aged 41 and 30, suspected of committing several crimes, in a criminal case in which do investigations for hitting or other violence, illegal deprivation of liberty, blackmail and qualified robbery.

“In fact, on April 8 this year, while he was in the yard of a building in the Chiajna commune, the 41-year-old man allegedly repeatedly hit the injured person, namely a 21-year-old man, with his fists and legs , as well as with a contending object (a bat), made available by the 30-year-old man, and later, the 2 men forced the victim into the building located at that address, a circumstance in which the 41-year-old man would continued to physically assault the injured person, by hitting him, and the 30-year-old man would have positioned himself in front of the door of the house, to prevent a possible attempt by the injured person to escape from the building. The injured person would have been made unable to move and act according to his will, in a context in which the 2 men would have deprived him of the car key and the two mobile phones in his possession”, IPJ Ilfov said.

On Wednesday, the police officers of the Ilfov Criminal Investigation Service, under the coordination of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Buftea Court, conducted three searches at three addresses in the town of Chiajna.

On Thursday, the two men will be presented to the case prosecutor, from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Buftea Court, with proposals regarding preventive measures.
