Thief of the day: he leads 5 police stations

On May 1, the policemen from the Brasov Municipality Police were alerted by two people regarding the fact that, between 11.00 and 11.30, while they were in the premises of a food market in Dinoraş, they noticed that their wallets had been stolen.
“Based on the notifications received, the policemen of the Criminal Investigation Bureau, together with policemen from police departments 1-5, formed operative teams, which, in a short time, detected the man suspected of committing the thefts, he being a man, 60 years old, from Bacău county. With the identification, the police recovered and returned the stolen goods to the damaged persons”stated Daniel Zontea, spokesperson of IPJ Braşov.
The thief was a recidivist, a warrant for the execution of the prison sentence had already been issued in his name, by the Buzău Court, for similar crimes. In this case, a criminal case was opened, the man being taken directly to the Codlea Penitentiary.
