The “VA Urechia” County Library organizes a unique cultural event, held in the welcoming space of the House of Arts. Thus, on Wednesday, May 8, from 5:30 p.m., the launch of the volume of poems “Neostoitele cuvinte”, signed by Adrian Talaba, member of the Cenacle “Knots and Signs”.
In this volume, Adrian Talabă abandons the formal constraints of classical poetry in favor of adopting the free form, which brings him closer to current poetry and implicitly increases its value. This volume represents the result of a search, highlighting an evolution of his style and a significant advance in his approach to literary style. Through these poems, the author prompts the reader to reflect and meditate, thus providing a profound and introspective literary experience. “Poems are like a clean spring rain that leaves behind a sweet scent and some rich nuances of lyricism.” says the writer Anca Şerban Gaiu, who is also a member of the “Knots and Signs” Cenacle. Participants will also be able to enjoy paintings by Doina Talabă, suggestively titled “Nechitiene“inspired by Nichita Stănescu’s lyrics.
The special guest of the evening will be the writer Petre Rău, and the event will be moderated by Geta Eftimie, deputy director of the “VA Urechia” County Library, and Adi G. Secară, librarian and literary critic. Entry is free, subject to availability.
