In carrying out the duties established by Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, the fiscal inspection structures within the AJFP Teleorman verified in the first quarter of 2024 a number of 90 taxpayers, of which: 57 legal person taxpayers and 33 natural person taxpayers.
Thus, 90 checks were carried out during the reporting period, of which: 40 tax inspections of legal entities; 17 minutes of unexpected control of legal entities; 20 tax inspections of natural persons; 13 minutes of unexpected control of natural persons.
Of the total number of actions against legal persons, 40 were partial tax inspections and 17 unannounced controls, following the checks, additional amounts were found in the amount of 2,379,808 lei, of which 1,838,249 lei were principal obligations, fines 16,000 lei and VAT without right of reimbursement – 525,559 lei.
In the case of natural persons, out of the total of 33 actions, 20 were partial tax inspections and 13 unannounced controls.
Following the controls, additional amounts of 95,008 lei were found, of which main obligations – 47,085 lei and non-refundable VAT – 47,923 lei.
