The day after Easter came with an intervention in force and a miracle for Tulcena firefighters, ISU Tulcea announced.

“Today, in Măcin, our colleagues from the city’s Fire Department intervened to extinguish a fire at a house announced by calling 112,” stated ISU Tulcea, on the Facebook page.

“No fire is a pleasant event, especially for the people who are directly affected by it.

This one was no different. It was sprinkled with considerable material damage for the family that lived there, it burned a summer kitchen and the roof of a room in the house, but three rooms in the house were saved.

It was an intervention with many dangers. First of all, due to the strong wind, the fire could quickly spread to the whole house, and two of the 3 cylinders that were in the fire exploded, causing casualties.

Speaking of victims, our colleagues found in the home during the intervention, two fluffy and beautiful fire puppies that, fortunately, stayed well in a corner until they were rescued by a colleague who found them. They were handed over to the family who will surely take care of them.

As for the fire, the pictures speak for themselves. The cause of the fire was an improperly insulated electrical cable. In other words, an improvisation was made to the electrical installation.

So, we draw your attention once again! Take care of electrical installations and avoid improvisations! Even if it seems like a cheap and quick “deal”, it can turn out to be more damaging!”, the firefighters said.
