Enache and Magdalena Naciadi want to build a six-storey block in the municipality of Constanța, requesting an environmental agreement from APM Constanța.
Later, the Constanța Environmental Protection Agency notified the interested public about the submission of the request to issue the environmental agreement for the project: “Building S+P+6e+technical floor – collective housing with commercial spaces on the ground floor, site organization and fencing”, located in the municipality of Constanța, Palazu Mare, Plot V 385/1/2.
Information on the proposed project can be consulted at the headquarters of the Constanța Environmental Protection Agency, strada Unirii, no. 23, Constanța Municipality, county between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Public comments are received daily at the headquarters of the Constanța Environmental Protection Agency.
The documentation is based on the Urban Planning Certificate number 3048/04.10.2021 issued by the Constanța City Hall and aims to achieve a coherent composition from an urban point of view, the aesthetic configuration of the compositional ensemble in the studied area, furnishing the free land and fitting it into the composition of the entire ensemble _ PUZ Tomis Plus, Palazu Mare.
Thus, on the land with a total area of 833 sqm, a building will be built with a height regime of S+D+6ET+Technical Floor with the function of collective housing with commercial space on the ground floor, having the function of living, housing type apartments of two and three rooms, on floors I – VI.
