National political premiere. A resident of Prahov challenged AUR’s participation in the June 9 local elections and won at first instance.
A Prahova resident challenged the list of AUR candidates to the Prahova County Council, citing the lack of quality of the AUR representative in the relationship with the Prahova County Electoral Office.
The Prahova court accepted the challenge yesterday at the II civil, administrative and fiscal litigation section.
“The solution in short: File no. 2012/105/2024 Hot. /04.05.2024 Admits the appeal. Cancel Decision no. 57/30.04.2024 of the Electoral Office of County Circumscription no. 31 Prahova. With the right of appeal within 24 hours of the pronouncement”.
AUR Prahova can appeal to the Ploiesti Court of Appeal.
AUR Prahova representatives did not want to comment on the situation.
