The vehicle was projected outside the carriageway”, informed IPJ Sibiu.
According to ISU Sibiu, the 38-year-old man was in cardio-respiratory arrest and, despite the efforts made, did not respond to resuscitation maneuvers, the doctor declaring death.
The passengers on the train and the train driver, a 64-year-old man from Cluj County, did not need medical attention.
Three SMURD crews, one with a doctor, and the emergency doctor’s car went to the scene of the accident.
Following the incident, road traffic in the area was hampered.
