Gymnast Sabrina Maneca Voinea won the silver medal in the balance beam final on Saturday, May 4, and Lilia Cosman placed 4th at the European Championship in Rimini.

Sabrina Maneca Voinea was marked for her performance with 14,166, with which she obtained the silver, and Lilia Cosman, with 13,500, ranked 4th.

Manila Esposito (gold, Italy, 14,400) and Marine Boyer (bronze, France, 14,033) also climbed the podium.

Also on Saturday, in the jumping final Ana Maria Bărbosu ranked 4th (13.666), and Sabrina Maneca Voinea (1st place in the qualifications) will also compete on the floor.

The Romanian team will start in Sunday’s final, after it ranked 4th in the qualifiers (158,798 points).

Also on Sunday, the juniors Anamaria Mihăescu will perform – vault final (8th place) and beam (8th place), respectively Alexia Blănaru – beam (7th place). In the junior team ranking, Romania finished in 8th place (142,063 points).
