The decision of the judges in the Capital is final, the former prefect of the Gorj Dan Ilie Morega county will remain under house arrest for another 30 days. He is still obliged to wear the electronic monitoring bracelet.

The former prefect chose to spend his house arrest in the city of Baia de Aramă in Mehedinţi county, where he owns a house.
