Local police officer outraged in Satu Mare. The agent suffered a fracture after being kicked

A man from Satmare was sent to court THIS WEEK by the prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Satu Mare Court after causing a fracture to a local policeman on duty. According to PresaSM information, everything happened on 01.01.2024, around 19:30, when the aggressor, being handcuffed following a scandal, used his legs to oppose his introduction into the Local Police special vehicle.

More precisely, while he was in the municipality of Satu Mare, being handcuffed and placed on his stomach in the special vehicle of the Local Police, as a result of a conflict that broke out on the street between several people, wanting to escape, he kicked and hit the a local policeman – causing a fracture to her right hand that requires 25-27 days of medical care to heal.

The situation of the aggressor is not simple at all. And that’s because the individual has a criminal record. It remains to be seen if they will cause his situation to worsen, respectively if the acts for which he was convicted in the past are still committed with violence.
