“Just like every year, the conditions have remained unchanged for some time. First of all, it must have a manufacturer’s certificate, accompanied by a trade book, because, as you can see, the prices are displayed in mercurial mode, so mercurial prices. This means that today it may be one price, tomorrow it may be another price, depending on supply and demand. In addition, traders of lambs, lamb carcasses, must have an up-to-date animal health card, a medical certificate or their own health card, that they are healthy and can sell food in the market, and a sanitary-veterinary permit. There are quite a few, the legislation is quite thick, but in order to sell in optimal and safe conditions, they are necessary.”
