The first craft brewery in Vaslui opens its doors: Apisrom Vaslui inaugurates the new brewery

ApisromVaslui, a national leader in bee honey processing and recognized for its high standards of quality and innovation, marks a new milestone in the industrial landscape of Vaslui county. With an investment of approximately 300,000 euros, the company inaugurated the first craft beer factory in Vaslui, under the leadership of entrepreneur Dumitru Rășcanu.

Located in the heart of the Moldavian Region, the new brewery aims to bring a revival of beer production to the area, offering consumers a wide range of varieties, from classic blondes and coppers to intense dark beers. With an initial production capacity of 8000 liters per month, the factory is ready to meet the growing demand for high quality craft beer.

Gabriel Rășcanu, technical director at Apisrom, explains: “Inspired by our experience in bee honey processing, we have created six distinct beer recipes, some of them integrating honey into the manufacturing process. From floral and pleasant aromas, to intense coffee and chocolate nuances in dark beers, we aim to satisfy the diverse preferences of consumers.”

The factory, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and managed by a dedicated and experienced team, is committed to providing a superior quality product based on passion for innovation and respect for tradition.

Dumitru Rășcanu, general manager of Apisrom, points out: “Although the road to the opening of this factory was strewn with challenges, we are proud to bring this new standard of excellence to the beer industry in Vaslui. We aim to become leaders in this field as well, offering our consumers genuine and innovative products.”

The brands “Urban Hops” and “Ultimul Om” will represent the ambassadors of ApisromVaslui beer, and the team is committed to being present at events and fairs to bring the craft beer experience to the widest possible audience.

At the moment the beer is available at the factory store, in Str. Ceramica, no. 19, soon to be found at the most important restaurants in Vaslui county.
