The people of Prahova who have decided to go on a picnic from May 1 can choose as their destination several localities in Prahova where there are special areas for barbecues. Those who want to avoid the congestion on DN1 can opt for really special areas. At Cocorăstii Mislii, renting a gazebo costs 200 lei/day.
For those from Ploiești who don’t intend to travel long distances to go out to barbecue, the only landscaped area is at the Constantin Stere Memorial Park in Bucov. Here there is a special area for barbecues, and the little ones have playgrounds, as well as the Bucov Zoo.

The Paltinu rest stop, the special place in Prahova
Another special area in Prahova is the Paltinu stop, approximately 50 kilometers from Ploiești.

20 km from Ploiesti, at Cocorăşii Mislii, several spaces have been set up where people can enjoy nature and barbecue. A little above the water station in the village of Goruna, but also across the road from the famous gorun of the commune, areas for barbecues have been set up.
