The temperatures will remain high and even increase from one day to the next, according to the executive director of the Meteorology Administration, Elena Mateescu.

“Starting from May 1, we will have warm weather, with temperatures across the country between 17 and 24-25 degrees, with the highest values ​​in the extra-Carpathian regions. We are talking here about the West, South-West, South.

But we do not rule out that, during the evening and night, we will also have light showers. It is important to spend free time with our loved ones, because the weather, during this Holy Week, will be beautiful and warming from one day to the next.”, explained Elena Mateescu, according to Agerpres.ro.

She mentioned that the temperatures are slightly higher than what is normal during this period.

“If today (April 29, 2024, no) we count on values ​​of up to 27 degrees, tomorrow with the same gap we end the month of April, with generous values ​​of 27 degrees. This means values ​​above what would be normal for a last decade of an April.”, added the ANM director.

According to AccuWeather meteorologists, in Cluj-Naoca, the weather has been nice since May 1st, but also on the occasion of the Easter holidays, with temperatures actually being a little lower towards the end of the week.
