On April 27 this year, the criminal investigation police from Moinești executed two search warrants in the municipality, at the residences of two 35- and 38-year-old men, respectively, suspected of committing the crime of aggravated theft. Those in question were detained for 24 hours and placed in the IPJ Bacău Prison.
On April 14, Moinești Municipality Police was notified by a 39-year-old woman, about the fact that unknown persons had stolen a sum of money from inside a commercial company in the municipality.
The research showed that, on the night of April 13/14, unknown persons entered the premises of a commercial company in the municipality of Moinești, where they stole a sum of money.
Following the investigative-operative activities, the police identified two men of 35 and 38 years old respectively, suspected of committing the act.
On April 27, police officers of the Moinești Criminal Investigation Bureau executed two search warrants issued by the Moinești Court, at the residences of those in question.
Following the searches, several pieces of evidence were discovered and seized. After the administration of the evidence, the police detained the two men for 24 hours and put them in the IPJ Bacău Prison.
The investigations are continued within a criminal file, under the aspect of committing the crime of qualified theft.
