The Pitesti Cultural Center organizes, on April 29 and 30, 2024, cultural-educational events, which can be watched online,

on the official Facebook page of the institution, and on the official website (www.centrul-cultural-pitesti.ro), actions to which the public has access within the limits of available places:

The lecture with the theme “From Munich 1938 to Minsk 2014. The capitulation of the Western powers to the German and Russian hegemony”, given by the historian Ștefan Dumitrache, the vice mayor of the municipality of Curtea de Argeș, event that will take place on Monday, April 29, from 12.00 , in the Ars Nova Hall at Casa Carții.

The new cultural-educational project under the generic “Human civilization and the religious phenomenon”, supported by Prof. Univ. Dr. Ilie Popa, president of the “Memoria” Cultural Foundation, Argeș Branch, a project that will start on Monday, April 29, from 4:00 p.m., in the Ars Nova Hall at Casa Carții.

“The new series of conferences aims to briefly present the evolution of human civilizations throughout history in relation to the interconnections between them and the religious phenomenon, with an emphasis on monotheistic beliefs”, says Ilie Popa.

The dance and religious music show “Under Your Cross”, supported by Ilinca Din and Paula Hriscu, on Monday, April 29, from 7:00 p.m., in Pitesti City Hall Square. The Choir of the Archdiocese of Argeș and Muscel and the Choir of the Princely Church “Sfântul Gheorghe” will also perform. The event, dedicated to the Easter holidays, is organized by the Pitesti City Hall, through the Pitesti Cultural Center.

The lecture with the theme “The director’s mind, a labyrinth of cosmic creation”, within the project “La Vama Vremii”, coordinated by the writer and publicist Nicolae Badiu, having invited the director Bogdan Mureșanu, an event that will take place on Tuesday, April 30 , from 15.00, in the Ars Nova Hall at Casa Carții.
