The criminal cases collected by Victor Micula seem to bring bad luck to the officials of the courts in Bihor, who managed to lose evidence from them three times in three years.
Bihor revealed as early as the summer of 2021 that the volume with witness statements from the file in which Micula jr. disappeared from the archive of the Bihor Court. he is tried alongside the policemen who took him with them to the searches and let him rummage through the MAI database, he was found only after a year, “lost” in the archive, during which time, obviously, the trial stood still.
Then, last fall, the judges in Beiuş lost the file in which Beizadeau is accused of having a friend destroy her Merțan in 2018 with the intention of claiming damages from the insurance company. And the case file was found in the end, but in vain, because in the meantime Victoraș escaped due to the statute of limitations.
It is not good that the silence was left over the two scandals, because a similar problem also caused an uproar at the Court of Appeal, where the trial started because in 2019 Micula jr. fired an assault weapon on a bridge in Oradea and in which he was sentenced to 2 years of detention in the first instance.
This time it was not documents that were lost, but the DVD with the famous recording in which the millionaire was shooting with the machine gun from the bridge, the disc being found only after 2 weeks, last Monday, exactly at the time when the judges were to watch it. Bihorel is curious what else could be lost…
