PHOTO VIDEO | War Veterans Day 2024, in Alba Iulia: Religious service and laying of wreaths at the Heroes’ Cemetery

During the morning of Monday, April 29, several activities organized on the occasion of War Veterans Day will take place at the Heroes’ Cemetery. These include wreath laying or a religious service.

At the Heroes’ Cemetery, starting at 10 a.m., a ceremony dedicated to this day will be organized.

The program of events organized on this occasion provides for the singing of the National Anthem of Romania, the officiating of a religious service in memory of the war veterans, the giving of speeches regarding the significance of the day, the laying of wreaths and flowers and the observance of a moment of silence.

Program of activities:

10.00 – 10.05 Singing of the National Anthem of Romania;
10.05 – 10.15 Officiating the religious service;
10.15 – 10.25 Address on the significance of the event;
10.25 – 10.30 Laying of wreaths, flower beds;
10.30 Keeping a moment of silence.
