Prima Development Group, a real estate developer from Oradea, signed for the purchase of a plot of land with an area of ​​over 6 hectares located on Gheorghe Ionescu Siseşti Road in the Capital, in the portfolio of the Austrian real estate developer Immofinanz.

Oradeans from Prima Development also own a 5-hectare plot of land in the same location and intend to build a residential complex with over 2,000 apartments and direct access to Griviţa lake on these two plots.

The gross development value for the project carried out on the two lands owned by Prima Development Group amounts to 260 million euros, company officials say.

“It is a project with a very low energy requirement, with minimal impact on the environment and advantages in terms of maintenance costs. The apartments are designed to provide comfort and represent a smart long-term investment. We estimate that we will start the construction of the project in 2025”, says Adrian Stoichină, co-CEO of Prima Development Group.

The developer intends to organize an architectural competition for the concept and design of the complex, which will be called Alizee by the Lake Prima Development Group.

Prima Development Group has so far delivered on the Oradea market over 4,000 apartments in buildings with a total cumulative value of over 280 million euros, and in Bucharest it has developed Core Timpuri Noi and the Boemia Apartments boutique residential complex.

At this moment, Prima Development has 3,000 apartments under construction in the capital, in various stages of authorization, an investment that amounts to 200 million euros.
