PSD deputy Florin Barbu, present by Florii among vegetable growers in Olt: In 2025, the collection center in Izbiceni will be inaugurated

Florin Barbu, PSD MP from Olt and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, celebrated his name day among vegetable growers in the south of the county. He was in the market of Izbiceni and talked with the merchants, to whom he promised that in 2025 the collection center in this commune will be inaugurated.

The Minister of Agriculture was not alone among the vegetable growers, with him being Marian Gulie, the mayor of Izbiceni and the PSD deputy from Olt Emil Albotă.

“De Florii, among the vegetable growers in the south of Olt county, in Izbiceni, one of the most important vegetable basins in the country! Together with our mayor Marian Gulie and my colleague, deputy Emil Albotă, we talked with the farmers about how we can develop both the Izbiceni commune and agriculture in the south of the county. And because good news is brought on the day of celebration, in addition to projects and programs to support farmers, I told the vegetable growers that, in 2025, we will inaugurate the Collection Center in Izbiceni and that we will provide them with a market from which they will middlemen be eliminated. Their work will be valued at the right price because the time has come to produce Romanian, buy Romanian and choose Romanian!” said Florin Barbu, the PSD MP from Olt.
