The author of the theft of car air fresheners from the trunk of the well-known traveling salesman from the center of Cluj, Robert Lukacs, “Robi”, was caught.

He was detected on April 26, when the policemen of the Criminal Investigation Department of the 1st Cluj-Napoca Police Department issued a detention order, for 24 hours, in the name of a 36-year-old man, investigated in a criminal case that has as the object of the crime of qualified theft. The investigators say that on April 12 at around 10 p.m., the 36-year-old man from Cluj-Napoca, who was with another man in the central area of ​​the city, taking advantage of the owner’s inattention, would have stolen approximately 15-20 car air fresheners, worth approximately 200 lei.

Thus, following the investigative activities, the policemen of Section 1, with the support of those from Section 2 of the Cluj-Napoca Police, identified and tracked down the person suspected of committing the crime, and during the day of April 26, he was detained for 24 hours. “In the case, investigations are still being carried out under the aspect of the crime of qualified theft”, stated the investigators.
