Last week, Braşov City Hall signed the design and execution contract for the kindergarten on Pelicanului Street, in the Bartolomeu Nord neighborhood. The contract was awarded to the association of companies Romfit Grup SRL (Braşov) – HAR&H SRL (Braşov) – Procali Construct SRL (Cluj), and the value of the investment amounts to 30,074,513 lei, including VAT, the financing being fully provided from the budget local of Brasov.
“The builder has 5 months for the design and 12 months for the execution of the works. This means that, since the year, the people from Brasov in Avantgarden (residential area in the Bartolomeu Nord neighborhood, no) they will be able to take their children to the new kindergarten in their neighborhood”declared the mayor of Brasov, Allen Coliban.
100 seats
The kindergarten building on Pelicanului Street will have a basement, a ground floor and two floors (the second one removed) and a capacity of 100 seats in the 5 group rooms on the ground floor and first floor. Each group will be about 18-20 children, aged between 3 and 6 years. Also, 9 bedrooms will be furnished with fixed, non-folding beds, related to the group rooms.
In each group room, bedrooms and in the multi-functional room, natural light will enter through the generous windows, but which will be equipped with slots and ventilation grills, including tripan glass (with three sheets of glass), with a low thermal transfer coefficient.
Four meals a day
The meal, 4 courses (breakfast, lunch and two snacks), will be served only in the dining room, which has a capacity of 80-90 seats. Various collective activities can be organized and scheduled in this space. An elevator has been provided for preschoolers, parents or employees in wheelchairs.
Playground on the terrace, vegetable garden in the yard of the unit
A playground will be set up on the mobile terrace, paved with rubber tiles, fenced, and equipped with equipment for children, benches and two retractable umbrellas, with the role of protection against the sun’s rays. A second playground, set up in the yard, will also offer the opportunity to grow various vegetables or plants.
