The COMPUTER Olympiad is aimed at students and teachers who want to achieve, for whom computer science means passion, creativity and a desire for knowledge!

The national stage of the Informatics Olympiad took place between 23-28.04.2024 in Bucharest. Thus, in the high school section, 4 students qualified with first place in the county and 11 qualified through the national ranking. The students from Vaslui county awarded at the national stage of the IT Olympiad are:

Andrei Cristian ED TURCU, a 12th grade student at “Mihail Kogălniceanu” Theoretical High School Vaslui, obtained ME MENTION and SILVER MEDAL. The student studies informatics at school, at the Vaslui County Center of Excellence and within the “Let’s go to the Olympics!” program. His tutors are: Florica CIURESCU, Vlad Laurentiu NICU.

Ionuț Cristian N. TOMA, a 12th grade student at “Emil Racoviță” Theoretical High School in Vaslui, won a SILVER MEDAL. The student studies informatics at school, at the Vaslui County Center of Excellence and within the “Let’s go to the Olympics!” program. His tutor is Dan PRACSIU.

George Alexandru D. TĂNĂSUCĂ, a 12th grade student at “Emil Racoviță” Theoretical High School Vaslui, obtained a BRONZE MEDAL. The student studies computer science at school, at the Vaslui County Center of Excellence and within the “Let’s go to the Olympics!” program. His tutor is Dan PRACSIU.
