Brăila City Hall, based in Brăila, Independence Square, no. 1, CIF 4205670, telephone: 0239/694947, fax: 0239/692394, e-mail: [email protected], based on HCLM Brăila no. 536/27.09.2023, announces the organization of the public auction with a view to renting for a period of 5 years, starting from the date of handover, with the possibility of extension with the agreement of the Brăila Local Municipal Council, of the asset generically named GIFET thermal power plant, in order to rent the building composed of the construction C1- CT GIFET, with a built-up surface area of ​​192.00 sqm, with the related land of 192.00 sqm, real estate belonging to the public domain of Brăila Municipality, located in Brăila – Calea Galați, near Bl. Progresul and bl. Petrol – CT GIFETin order to carry out various economic activities.

The documents requested in order to participate in the auction are provided in the specifications of the auction, which will be procured in paper format, following a written request and payment of the price of 300 lei, from the headquarters of the Brăila City Hall, Chief Architect Directorate, Cadastre and Evidence Service, Asset Management and Monitoring, until 22.05.2024 at the latest.

The deadline for requesting clarifications regarding the award documentation is 22.05.2024.

The offers will be submitted in a single copy at the office of the Brăila City Hall, Calea Călărașilor no. 17, General Registry, counter no. 1, only on the day of the auction, 29.05.2024, until 10 o’clock at the latest15.
