Cosmin Pop, one of the eight candidates for the Târgu Mureș City Hall, submitted the necessary documents to the Electoral Office in the town hall on Friday, April 26.

“We are on a Friday, at the end of the week, a day that I chose on purpose precisely because I wanted to give the feeling of the end of an era. I wanted to raise the alarm that we are in the 12th hour. We are on the brink of the breaking up of an era, which can only mean an era of a miserable 20 years or an era of 24 years, full of sadness, division, poverty, lack of perspective and decay. My candidacy is an extremely serious one, something I said from the beginning. It took me a while to decide, but once it’s started, it can’t be stopped. It is a candidacy that has only one goal, victory, and with victory, the regaining of confidence, optimism, Scottish cohesion and prosperity in what means a saving movement for Târgu Mureș. I invite you to play together a match of a generation that we have the duty to win”he declared.
