According to IPJ Alba, the incident was reported to the Alba Iulia Police on April 25, around 5:30 p.m. A 34-year-old woman from Câmpeni claimed that she was assaulted by her ex-husband.

The police determined, from the first investigations, that while the woman was in a house in Alba Iulia, amid contradictory discussions with her ex-husband, the 34-year-old man was assaulted -a.

It did not cause serious injuries requiring medical attention.

Following the application of the risk assessment form, the police issued a provisional protection order against the man. They forbade him to approach his ex-wife.
