The citizens of Galați who want to become policemen now have a great chance to wear the uniform. Post-secondary schools are vying for the April-July 2024 admission session no less than 1,640 places for future agents. The most places, 1,340, are allocated by the Campina Police Officer School, while in Cluj-Napoca only 300 places are available to candidates.

The offer is open to both women and men, with a minimum age of 18 and a bachelor’s degree. An additional condition is the possession of a category B driver’s license. Instead, the Police no longer imposes a maximum age limit, unlike other arms that try to keep the bar below 30 years. Those interested can register for the competition until May 14, 2024, including non-working days of the week, and the deadline by which candidates will submit the full recruitment file is May 21, 2024, 2:00 p.m., only in working days.

Additional information regarding the admission conditions, the exam tests or the documents required to prepare the candidate file can be obtained daily at the Human Resources Service of the Galati County Police Inspectorate, at the phone number 0236.407.000, extension 20114, as well as on the website official of the unit, respectively http://www.gl.politiaromana.ro, “Career” section.
