“At the moment we are still in a workforce deficit, we have an increase in the number of employment contracts, we continue to bring in foreign workers. I spoke just last week with all the directors of AJOFMs in the country, we are not yet in that area, but I asked them to be very careful, to monitor the situation punctually, because, I repeat, despite some concerns that exist in market, at the moment we don’t see anything like that.
On the contrary, we continue to see a deficit on your labor market, a deficit that is not only in Romania, it is in all of Europe”, said Cristian Vasilcoiu during the ZF HR Trends 2024 conference: “The future of human resources, under the pressure of transformations”.
