Valentin Resmeriță wants total transparency and the display on the City Hall website of all public works and execution deadlines.

Transparency, efficiency and accountability are things without which no public administration can function efficiently and produce prosperity for citizens. That is why the PNL candidate for Focșani City Hall, Valentin Resmerita, comes to the people of Focșani with a new vision for the development and good governance of the city.

One of the major priorities of Valentin Resmeriță is the elimination of waste and embezzlement of public money! Resmeriță proposes the implementation of rigorous control and monitoring mechanisms to ensure that the money of the people of Focșan does not go down the drain on Saturday, as happened in all the PSD administrations that have been at the helm of the city until now. It is important that public money is no longer wasted on works done for salvation, on projects without relevance for the city or given according to personal preferences.

My vision is clear: I want to bring to the public sector the same performance that I have demonstrated in the private sector. The municipality of Focșani is in fierce competition with all the other county seat municipalities in Romania. Without a clear vision, we are doomed to failure. For 24 years, the PSD has demonstrated that it is not able to provide a strategic direction for the administration of the city, to ensure a decent life for the residents of Focșani, comparable to that of Iași, Suceava, Oradea, Sibiu, Brașov, and other cities in the country. Without clear performance objectives and without eliminating the waste of public resources, the city of Focșani and its inhabitants are condemned to underdevelopment“, he emphasized Valentin Reșmeriță, the president of PNL Focșani and the candidate for mayor of the municipality.

In the name of transparency and accountability, the candidate proposes that all works and execution deadlines be displayed on the City Hall website, so that citizens are informed about the status of projects and can monitor how public money is spent. “The residents of Focșani are deprived of the necessary information about how public money is administered. In this regard, I am committed to ensuring total transparency with the community. We will insist on order, fairness and justice for all those who contribute to the development of the cityi”, he emphasized Resmerita.
