On Thursday, April 25, the call for projects related to youth activities was launched, with non-refundable funding in the amount of 500,000 lei. These can be educational, cultural-artistic activities, sports events, creative/art camps, environmental protection, vocational training and skill development, to combat social and leisure problems in an effective and healthy way.
The submission deadline is May 20, 4:30 p.m. The project selection and evaluation period is from May 21, 8 a.m., until May 30, 4:30 p.m. at the latest.
Scores are not directly proportional to funded amounts
Also on Thursday, April 25, the names of the associations whose projects or cultural events of general, regional or county public interest were declared eligible, as a result of the analysis of the Evaluation Commission within the Constanța County Council, were made public.
Documentation was submitted from 21 bidders, of which 12 projects were selected, meeting the qualification criteria as requested in the Applicant’s Guide regarding the regime of non-reimbursable financing from the Constanţa county budget fund allocated for non-profit activities of local interest, as follows:
None of the 12 projects met the maximum 100 points they could receive. With 82 points, the list is opened by the Art Music For People Association project. The total budget is in the amount of 1,120,450 lei, of which the contribution of the financing authority is 997,200 lei and the own contribution of 123,250 lei.
With 81 points, the Carpathian Eagle Cultural-Artistic Association will receive 1,200,000 lei from the funding authority, and its own contribution will be 133,400 lei.
The Obsidian Cultural Association project totaled 80 points. The total budget is in the total amount of 1,335,600 lei, of which the contribution of the financing authority is 1,200,000 lei and the own contribution of 135,600 lei.
The Aventurium Cultural Association will receive from the funding authority 224,883 lei (own contribution – 25,500 lei).
In descending order of scores, the project of the Cultural Association “Șerban Ionescu” will be financed with 205,500 lei (own contribution of 39,500 lei), that of the Association for Culture, Creation and Education Global Art will be financed with 189,000 lei (own contribution of 21,000 lei ), of the CRN Association will receive 201,000 lei (own contribution of 35,750 lei), of the Harlequin Diversitate Association will receive funding of 394,800 lei (own contribution of 75,200 lei), the Cultart Association will receive 299,878 lei (own contribution of 57,000 lei), the Association Cultural “Georgiana Rusu” receives 460,000 lei (own contribution of 52,000 lei), Talianu Iulică PFA receives 50,000 lei (own contribution of 6,000 lei). With only 66 total points, the project belonging to Rusu I. Georgiana PFA will be financed with 300,000 lei (own contribution of 35,000 lei), which denotes the fact that the points are not directly proportional to the amounts financed.

Next week, Tuesday, April 30, the selection and evaluation for sports projects within the sports programs of public utility “Sport for all” and “Rediscover Oina” ends. The annual program proposes non-refundable funding in the amount of 5,500,000 lei as follows: “Sport for all” – 5,250,000 lei and “Rediscover Oina” – 250,000 lei.
The selection and evaluation of projects in the social/health fields, with a non-refundable funding of 1,500,000 lei, ends on May 13, at 4:30 p.m.
