Roberta Anastase, PNL senator from Prahova, posted a message after receiving in the mailbox the activity report of the mayor of Ploiești, Andrei Volosevici, who will run for the third mandate from the PSD.
“Like any resident of Ploiești, these days I received the mayor’s activity report in the mailbox, in a neat envelope.
A page or so is the respective document that Volosevici says he made out of respect for us. Honestly, I would have preferred them to respect us every day of this term and not only before the elections, but that’s fine too.
I quickly find that the respect ends in the next sentence and we don’t find it until the end.
Thus, Mr. Volosevici informs us that he has done beautiful things in Ploiesti and does not stop with the lies until the end!
What would be beautiful in what he did? That it left the people of Ploiesti without hot water for months, that we swam in garbage year after year more often than in the Black Sea, that we don’t have streets without potholes as if we went through bombings, and if you walk on the sidewalks of Ploiesti you are a winner if you don’t are you breaking a leg, that he gave up 100 million euros from the European funds already won by Ploiesti, that he lied to us that he was building a municipal hospital and just gave over 100,000 euros on some papers that are of no use, like it’s a gray and sad city from which our children leave…
I hold my nerve and read on.
I find that the great achievement is that it kept the price at gigacalories! It wasn’t even hard because he doesn’t pay the electricity bills and the debts are piling up, the company only survives because it sells energy!
The second great achievement is that he did not increase taxes. So why are you bragging about something normal? The goal of a good manager is to diversify funding sources (from attracting European funds, for example) not to suffocate people!
Otherwise, they brag about the funds invested in education, given that they came from the government and were intended for setting up gyms as vaccination centers. So nothing to improve conditions in schools. Clean dirty!
I read to the end with the hope that I will find out why he gave up almost 100 million euros from European funds. I would like to know what he has with all of us, why he didn’t want to develop this city with the financing contracts already signed when he took over as mayor. Not a word about it!
I closed the letter and only one word came to mind that I know he likes to use: “EMBARRASSING”
