Mandinga, Mahala Rai Banda and chef Cătălin Scarlătescu are the stars invited to Galați at the Scrumbiei Festival, an event now in its 20th edition, which will take place between April 26-28, on the Danube Embankment.
Starting from Friday, April 262 p.m., the people of Galați will have fish stands, fish products, fresh fish dishes, food products, traditional products and atmospheric music.
Saturday, April 27, in the time interval 10.00 – 12.00, there will be a gastronomic competition (specifically fish): the competitors will prepare different fish specialties, which will be judged and awarded, then offered to the citizens of Galați for tasting. At 17:30, a concert by the Mandinga group is scheduled.
Sunday, April 28, between 9.30 and 11.45, a fish borsch competition will be organized in which participants from Galati and Brăila will compete. The five-person jury will taste and award prizes to the winners and diplomas to all participants. From 12.10 to 13.15, chef Cătălin Scărlătescu will do a culinary show. And from 17.30 there will be fun and dancing with the Mahala Rai Banda group.
We remind you that for the organization services of the “Danube Crumb Festival 2024”, the Galaţi City Hall will pay 260,000 lei without VAT to PAF Media SRL. A winner “with tradition”, not to say “subscriber” to the organization of this event with as much tradition.
