New online services at Alba Iulia City Hall. Alba Iulia City Hall recently bought an online management and scheduling system for submitting documents at SPCLEP counters. It is an application that will allow online appointments, the submission of an identity card application and the registration of residence.

The acquisition was made by direct purchase, on the SEAP platform, on April 17. The value of the services is 2,960 lei, without VAT.

According to the specification, “On-line Counter Reservation” is a software that offers a suite of tools, necessary for reserving the moment of presence at a certain counter.

Scheduling thus becomes possible, both at the counter and online, at the same time offering tools for managing these reservations, extremely useful for local public administration workers and not only that.

Citizens will thus be able to make reservations online, on a “first come, first served” basis.

According to the specifications, the new application will allow:

  • the access of the general public to the desired information extremely easily through the Internet;
  • choosing the appointment date according to the available seats in real time (without physical presence at the counter);
  • graphical visualization, very intuitive and simple, of hourly and weekly intervals;
  • receiving personalized information for each citizen, data about location, hours, documents, days for handing over documents, legislation;
  • although they receive the information when entering the data, the application automatically sends this information to the citizen’s personal email, immediately after finishing the programming;
  • help by finding the first free time slot from certain locations or days of the week;
  • the possibility of those already scheduled to delete their reservation;

Benefits for the institution:

  • elimination of queues;
  • elimination of the assumption of non-transparency, of “arranged” reservations, etc.;
  • the application manages several locations, counters;
  • it relieves its own staff from providing tedious explanations, most of the frequently asked questions being displayed on the website;
  • orderly accounting of appointments;
  • giving up registers, notebooks, sheets;
  • the creation of extremely elaborate annual, monthly, daily statistics;
  • making forecasts for the realization of the necessary timetables for future years;
  • reserved appointments can be grouped to eliminate dead times (large intervals of free time within the same day);
  • each operation performed is monitored and stored in .log tables;
  • very elastic planning – each day, or interval of days, can have a different configuration (start, end of work schedule, frequency of reservations, breaks);
  • an application administration module is available, for which no advanced IT knowledge is required;
  • the interface for the public module is configurable;
