Serious traffic accident in Dolj, this afternoon. Two employees from Drumuri Naționale were hit by a TIR whose driver did not see the signage warning that work was being done in the area. They are images and information with a strong emotional impact.
As a result of the impact, a woman died on the spot, and her colleague was seriously injured.
The tragedy happened in the area of the Răcarii de Sus town in Dolje. Police officers from the city of Filiași went to the scene and found that a 68-year-old man, a Bulgarian citizen, while driving a group of vehicles on DN 6, for reasons to be determined, entered in a collision with a van that he designed into two people, a 45-year-old woman and a 54-year-old man, who were carrying out road maintenance work, on lane 1.
The driver was tested with the breathalyzer, the result was negative. In the future, the police are conducting activities to establish all the circumstances in which the event took place, and a criminal case has been drawn up under the aspect of committing the crimes of manslaughter and culpable bodily injury.
