Sibianca Ana Maria Voicu is Romania’s representative at the Miss/Mrs Transcontinental Europe beauty contest, which will take place between May 28 and June 1, 2024, in Varna, Bulgaria.
The contest principle encourages a mindset that eliminates uncertainty and self-doubt. Organizers say that participation in such an event can strengthen the status and outline a strong image of a successful woman. Starting from this concept, Ana Maria decided to enter the competition, because, as she points out, in this particular case other important values are promoted besides those typical of classic beauty contests.

“This contest is not only about beauty, it is important that the participants contain certain values. I chose to participate in this contest because the requirements of the organizers seem very worthy and worth considering. I was very happy when I found out that there are also such contests that promote naturalness, normality, authenticity, femininity and so on. Participating in this contest and the fact that I was chosen to represent Romania validates my perception of beauty. From my point of view, beauty does not mean perfection. The secret is to accept and love yourself exactly as you are, to be grateful for your uniqueness and your qualities. The motto of the competition is: Women who inspire”, said the competitor.
Ana Maria Voicu is indeed a woman who inspires and represents the category of women who have managed to build a successful career. With a master’s degree in Stock Trading and a degree in Economics and Business Administration, she has always been a creative person, so she was not afraid to reinvent herself when the situation called for it. Ana Maria successfully transitioned from make-up to fashion design and is now a wedding planner, where she enjoys creating happy moments for her clients. “At the moment I own a business that deals with the organization of events and I am involved in helping animals with various associations. I want to tell women to fight for their dreams because everything is possible. Indeed, nothing can be done without a lot of work, involvement and sacrifice, but the satisfaction is commensurate. I encourage them to look for fields of activity that they enjoy. I don’t feel like I’m working, I love what I do so much, it fulfills me and defines me as a person. I support financial independence but I’m also pro-family and pro-children, that is, I’m not part of the category of career-focused women and that’s it. From my point of view, love is the most beautiful feeling and children are the most precious gift on earth”, said Ana Maria.
Ana Maria fights for homeless animals
Sibianca is passing on what she learned during a life full of trials and successes, namely the fact that you can always do good, without costing you a fortune. When there is love and peace within you, you seek to share these things further, and who needs more than the speechless women who do not know and cannot ask for help. Ana Maria gets involved with animal protection associations in the county to save abandoned or homeless dogs. They sterilize them and try to find them a home in other places and countries. Its aim is to reduce or eliminate the problem of stray dogs with the help of people, emphasizing that no animal deserves to suffer.
“In Romania, stray dogs are a real problem of everyday life. Since I have a weakness for small animals, I suffered a lot over time watching their suffering until I promised myself that I would do everything possible to solve this problem. Thus, together with animal protection associations, we rescue abandoned or homeless animals, sterilize them and then start looking to build a future for them in other places and countries. I hope that in time, with the help of people, we will eliminate this problem”, explained Ana Maria.

Each of us has something unique, and it is precisely this uniqueness that transforms each woman into something divine.
