A young man is in a coma and his mother and brother were also injured after a car tore their wagon in two. The accident took place on DN 15D, between the towns of Todirești and Dumești in Vaslui.
Two women were in the car, and two 24-year-old twin brothers and their 65-year-old mother were in the cart. The car was damaged, the cart being broken in two.
Emergency crews found three victims. A 24-year-old man was in a coma after suffering craniocerebral and craniofacial trauma. The 65-year-old woman was preliminarily diagnosed with chest trauma, left lower limb trauma, multiple abrasions and bruises. The third victim, 24 years old, was diagnosed with pelvic and lower limb trauma. All three were transported to UPU Vaslui.
The two women in the car did not require medical attention.
The cause and circumstances of this road accident are being investigated by the traffic police.
