18 home searches took place on Wednesday in Bihor County, in four cases concerning the crimes of high-risk drug trafficking, high-risk drug trafficking and illegal operations with substances likely to have psychoactive effects.
“From the evidentiary material administered in the first case, it emerged that 5 investigated persons allegedly possessed and sold high-risk drugs and psychoactive substances, generically known as crystal, stone or snow (3-CMC, 2-CMC and 2 MMC), to consumers, from the municipality of Oradea.
The research carried out in the other three files established that 3 people would have procured, possessed and sold, repeatedly, prohibited substances from the category of high-risk and high-risk drugs, to consumers in Bihor county”, it is stated in the press releases sent on this topic by the Bihor Police and DIICOT.
The information does not contain more details, but states that the persons targeted by the investigation will be heard at the headquarters of the Directorate for Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism – Oradea Territorial Service.
“Masqueraders” of the Special Actions Service from the Bihor Police and the Bihor gendarmes also took part in the descents.
