The auction was divided into two lots. The first lot refers to the construction of the overpass at the exit from the town of Oșorhei, towards Cluj. It will have a total length of 402 meters and will be built over the existing roundabout, at the intersection with the road to the town of Fughiu, Oșorhei Ring Road and DN 1. 3 months are planned for design and 10 months for execution.

The second lot refers to the construction of an underground passage in Oradea, at the intersection of Oneștilor and Tudor Vladimirescu streets. It would have a length of 191 meters. The term for the design is 2 months, one month for obtaining approvals, and 12 months for the execution of the works.

The estimated total value of the two passages is between 86.3 and 95 million lei. The financing of the project is ensured with European funds, through the North-West Regional Program 2021 – 2027.
