An instructor from the municipality of Satu Mare, aged 50, was sent to court on MONDAY, 1.04.2024, by the prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Satu Mare Court after on 06.02.2024, around 11:30 , had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old minor, while they were in a Volkswagen brand car, on a side road near the belt of Satu Mare municipality.
According to PresaSM information, everything started after the police noticed a Volkswagen car parked in a secluded place, on a side road located after the intersection with the ring road, towards the town of Vetiş. They moved towards that car and noticed that on the back seat of the car there was a male and a female person, who were undressed from the waist down and seemed to be having sexual relations.
Next, the police asked them to stop and get dressed, then get out of the car and show their ID. Both admitted that they had an intimate moment, and after being taken to the police headquarters, both the minor and the instructor admitted that they had normal sexual relations, stating that they had known each other for a long time, but until that date they had not an intimate contact.
Although the minor gave her consent, not being forced, according to the legislation in force, any sexual act committed by an adult with a minor who has not reached the age of 16 will be considered rape and will be punished with imprisonment from 7 to 12 years and the prohibition the exercise of certain rights, except in the case where the age difference between the perpetrator and the victim does not exceed five years. As the man is 50 years old and the minor is 14 years old, according to the law we are talking about rape.
