CTP supplements the M51 line on Saturdays and Sundays and the M52 line on weekdays

The Cluj-Napoca Public Transport Company (CTP) announces the addition of the M51 line on Saturdays and Sundays, respectively the M52 line on weekdays, starting from Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

“Compania de Transport Public Cluj-Napoca SA is an active partner for the discussions with the authorities of the local public administrations in the Cluj Metropolitan Area regarding the aspects of service development, in order to coordinate policies and actions of general interest by evaluating the flows of transport of people and the determination based on specialized studies of transport requirements.

The development strategy of the public transport service requires the periodic updating of the transport programs according to the population’s travel needs.

UAT Gilău supports, supports and encourages the development of the transport service by granting transport facilities and subsidies, including through the implementation of the Green Friday program, in compliance with the tax legislation in force.

Taking into account requests, starting on April 3, the M52 line will be supplemented as follows:

– on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, with a train that will depart from Cluj-Napoca at 11:45 a.m. and return at 12:30 p.m. from Someșul Rece Church
– on Saturdays and Sundays there will be two flights departing from Cluj-Napoca at 05:30 and 16:00, and returning from Uzina Electrica station, Somesul Rece, at 06:15 and 16:45 respectively .

Also, line M51 will be supplemented on Saturdays and Sundays, starting from April 6, with five flights with the following departure times from Gilău: 08:05, 12:50, 16:00, 17:45, 20:15, and from Cluj-Napoca at: 12:00, 17:00, 19:35, 21:00″, reported CTP.
