Between March 25-29, 2024, ITM Argeș carried out a campaign to check how the legal provisions regarding the conclusion and execution of individual labor contracts in kindergartens are respected.

According to the institution, “employers who carry out activities in the fields of “preschool education” – CAEN code 8510. And “Daily care activities for children” CAEN code 8891″ were targeted.

The general objectives of the campaign:

-Identification and verification of economic agents operating in the fields of “preschool education” – CAEN code 8510 and “Daily care activities for children” CAEN code 8891.

– Eliminating the non-conformities found, by having mandatory measures to remedy the non-conformities and applying the appropriate contraventional sanctions.

– Increasing the awareness of employers and workers regarding the need to comply with legal provisions in the field of labor relations.

Thus, in the field of labor relations, the Argeș Territorial Labor Inspectorate carried out a number of 27 controls.

ITM Argeș also announces that a fine has been issued. It is about a penalty of 3,000 lei.

The reason?

“For the deficiency found regarding the failure to highlight the hours worked daily by the employee with the recording of the start and end times of the work schedule.”
