Clotilde Armand publicly admitted what salary she receives, month after month, from the City Hall of Sector 1. The controversial mayoress did not shy away and showed her salary card, at which point a wave of reactions appeared in the public space. It seems that for his work in the Bucharest sector, he earns commensurate sums!

From rats to garbage, to pits and other “miracles” in Sector 1, the current mayor has a very high chance of not seeing the second term. Knowing that she has practically nothing left to lose, the mayor’s office began to show what money she collected between January 2023 and December 2023.

“How much does the mayor of Sector 1 earn? In the spirit of transparency that characterizes us, I leave here my salary sheet for the period January 2023 – December 2023. I hope that other city officials in the country will follow my example out of respect for the citizens”, said Clotilde Armand on Facebook.

How much did Clotilde Armand earn in 2023

In the image he posted, it can be seen that in January 2023 he had a gross salary of 23,400 lei, respectively 13,689 lei net or “in hand”, as some would say. His salary also saw changes. In December 2023, for example, he received 20,700 lei gross and 12,109 lei net.

The highest net amount he collected was in January, but also in February 2023, when he received 13,689 net lei for each month. At the opposite pole, the “poorest” months for Clotilde Armand were April and May 2023, when she received “only” 10,951 lei.

What salary does Nicușor Dan have?

Since he has a higher position than Clotilde Armand, Nicușor Dan also has a higher salary. The mayor of the capital earns somewhere around 20,000 lei per month. From this amount, he manages to take care of his family, his wife and their two children.

“I earn around 20,000 lei per month. Yes, this money is enough for me. I have no savings. The frequent purchases, during the day, are made by the wife, the ones that are needed, i.e. a bottle of milk for the children. Once every two weeks, sometimes even weekly, on Saturday we go shopping together for the whole week. We give about 400-500 lei”, Nicușor Dan told Hotnews.
