Interventions of Bihor military firefighters to remove the effects of dangerous meteorological phenomena

On March 29, Bihor military firefighters intervened to remove the effects of dangerous meteorological phenomena manifested in Bihor county, which was, between March 28, 20:00 and March 29, 10:00, under a Yellow Code of strong wind.

Thus, during the night from Thursday to Friday, March 29, between 03:30 and 04:25, the military fire crews of the Sălard Guard and the Beiuș Fire Department acted in the localities of Şiștearea (Cetariu commune) and Răbăgani, for the removal of two fallen trees by the strong wind on the road.
Also, on the morning of Friday, March 29 this year, around 04:00, the firefighters of the 1 Mai Guard and the 1 Oradea Detachment intervened in Ceica, where, for about three hours, they operated with two emergency vehicles, one of which bus ladder and with the specific accessories provided, for clearing the tin roof of a building adjacent to the Baptist Church in the locality, partially fallen on DC 191 and over a telecommunications pole.

Bihor County is still under the YELLOW CODE of strong winds until 10:00 a.m.
The Inspectorate for Emergency Situations “Crișana” of Bihor County reminds citizens, during the manifestation of these meteorological phenomena, not to move near trees, billboards or buildings under construction or that present architectural elements that can be blown away by the wind .
To limit the possible damage caused by strong winds, the parking of vehicles will be done in protected areas, at a safe distance from trees or electricity poles.
