Things are getting complicated regarding the selection process at EC Oltenia. The management of the company is directly involved in blocking actions taken by rejected candidates.

For example, CE Oltenia requested the relocation of a process initiated by Daniel Burlan, former president of the company’s Board, candidate for a position in the company.

It is about the lawsuit opened by Daniel Burlan, through which he requests the suspension of the selection procedure, but also of the address that ARC Consulting SRL issued. There is an address through which Burlan is notified that his candidacy file for a CEO position is rejected because he would have been removed from his position. In court, Burlan proved that the address is not based on real information, so the whole selection process is slowly failing.

The eviction request initiated by the CEO was rejected by the court.

After this sentence, the CEO asked for the transfer of the trial stating that there is a possibility of influencing justice.

Requests the transfer of a process even the president of a Directorate directly interested in ending the processes. Dan Iulius Plaveti, the president of the Directorate, is among those selected by the recruitment company.

Meanwhile, the Supervisory Board is waiting for AMEPIP’s final opinion so that the three directors – Plaveti, Bălășoiu and Trufelea – sign their contracts for the next four years.

But AMEPIP must also give an answer to a member of the CS, Vladimir Tanasiev, who requested the cancellation of the procedure, given that there are several indications that it does not comply with the legal provisions.
