Building B of the “Octavian Goga” National College will be rehabilitated through a 5 million euro project

Building B of the “Octavian Goga” National College in Sibiu will be realized through a project whose maximum value can reach 5 million euros. The decision was taken in the City Council and the documentation and technical-economic indicators are to be submitted for approval.

“The Public Service for the Administration of State Pre-University Education Units has purchased design services for the development of DALI documentation for the investment objective “Rehabilitation of building B of the “Octavian Goga” National College”, from the city of Sibiu, Bastionului str. no. 7.

According to the document, it is proposed to improve the thermal efficiency of the building by applying a facade thermosystem, replacing the exterior carpentry with layered wood carpentry, replacing doors, rehabilitating the sanitary, thermal, electrical installations, implementing ISU measures, consolidation measures and measures to restore interior finishes. Part of the electricity will be produced by green energy, from photovoltaic panels, it is proposed to implement a ventilation system with fans with heat recovery and an alternative heating system with air-water heat pumps.

For this project, it will be requested to attract non-refundable funds, being proposed to be submitted for financing within the Center Region Program 2021-2027.

The total value of the investment objective is 34,127.66 thousand lei, including VAT, of which 21,156 will be allocated to construction and installation, and 2,110,04 thousand lei, including VAT, will be allocated to equipment.

The difference up to the value of 34.127.66 thousand lei with VAT, he presents. according to HG 111 6/2023. Expenses related to the budget margin (25%). implementation reserve for price adjustment, sundry and unforeseen expenses (10%), landscaping expenses, design expenses and expenses for project management, information and advertising.

The building has a developed area of ​​3,804 square meters of surface and 1,469 square meters of related land.
