Excess fat slows down and complicates the digestion process, being the most difficult nutrients to digest, but on the other hand, the total deprivation of fats is a mistake, because they play an important role in the subtle alchemy of the metabolic process.

The secret to keeping cholesterol at normal levels or lowering it to normal values ​​is physical activity, reducing stress levels and a low-cholesterol diet. The ideal diet is based on reducing the consumption of butter, cream, fatty milk, fatty cheeses, eggs, not to mention fatty meat, viscera (brain, marrow, etc.). Among animal foods, fish is the most suitable for lowering cholesterol levels.
