In Grünheide, Brandenburg, there are protests against Tesla, generating a massive police operation, writes Bild. Left-wing activists protest against the electric car factory. On Friday, the situation escalated.

Several demonstrators clashed with the police. A Police spokesman described the situation as “dynamic”. An activist was injured and three police officers were also injured.

Although police officers secured railway lines, electricity and water supply networks and a transformer station around the car factory, the demonstrators managed to enter the factory grounds. This happened because the land is too vast to be fully secured.

The demonstrators split into two groups to confuse the police and repeatedly tried to enter the factory’s approximately 300-hectare site. However, the police managed to stop them.

During lunch, a group of people managed to enter the grounds of the Neuhardenberg airport, where hundreds of Tesla vehicles were parked. Police have now blocked access near the main gate, and some of the protesters have clung to vehicles.

The anti-Tesla protest has officially begun in Grünheide, with a planned march down the L23 road to the factory. However, the march suddenly broke up at the Fangschleuse train station, and hundreds of participants headed into the woods to try to break into the factory grounds.

Law enforcement forces blocked the place, and the demonstration scheduled in front of Tesla was cancelled. 1200 Tesla opponents have already gathered in the protest area, planning to carry out their protest actions against the car factory.
