The new Evolio City Q2 model can be bought for only 4,999 euros, the lowest price on the market. It is the cheapest and most economical electric car in Romania, with two seats, which can fit into almost any space and on any public road. “The Evolio City Q2 is a very efficient electric vehicle at a very low price, ideal for urban mobility, thanks to its very low consumption, small dimensions, ease of slipping into city congestion and parking. It is perfect for urban and metropolitan area. The car is aimed primarily at young people, it can also be driven with a B1 license, from 16 years old. It is also aimed at mothers, pensioners and in general people who need economy and mobility in the city. Orders can start today, and delivery can be made within four months, by the end of this year. From next year, we will be able to deliver thousands of units”, explains Liviu Nistoran, CEO of Evolio Romania.
The little City Q2 is inspired by contemporary needs and has been designed for a sustainable future. It is perfect especially for those who need to travel short and medium distances, it is friendly to the environment and it is not only cheap, but requires the lowest service costs, due to the lack of classic mechanical or maintenance components. The ground clearance is 160 mm and it reaches a maximum speed of 35-45 km/h.
Charges at any standard outlet
A full charge of the Evolio City Q2 car takes about 6 hours and offers a maximum range of up to 80 kilometers with the help of the high-quality 63Ah battery. It can be powered from any standard 220-230V outlet. The battery does not require any intervention from the driver for maintenance. The gearbox is automatic and the engine has a maximum power of 4.4 KW and 6.5 KW respectively. The color palette for this model is varied: red, pink, white, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown and purple. It has electric windows, HI-FI speakers, bluetooth, air conditioning, central locking, LCD display and reversing video camera.
As with any other electric vehicle, the conditions of use are important, such as the angle of ascent, the operation of the air conditioning, the number of brakes, the weight transported and, last but not least, the outside temperature – if the weather is cold, the autonomy can be reduced by up to 40% Orders can be placed on the Evolio website or at the company’s headquarters in Bucharest.
The new Evolio Q2 electric car is revolutionary due to its reduced dimensions, having a width of only 120 cm and a length of 240 cm. The Q2 belongs to the category of two-seater microcars and has a smartphone application that provides remote communication and monitoring, with functions such as: battery status check, infographics, real-time geographic position, routes, geo-fencing, motion alarm with smartphone alert. The app and car integration were made by Evolio Mobility, with the service being offered free of charge for a period of two years.

The City Q2 car can connect to mobile phone apps. It is the cheapest, most economical and smallest electric car on the Romanian market, perfect for mobility, which consumes extremely little.
The Q2 has two engines: the basic version with a 4.4 KW engine (maximum power) and the Q2+ version with a 6.5 kW engine. These engines develop speeds of 45 and 60 km/h, respectively.
