In the competitive world of computer science, Valentin Gabriel Stanciu Țivlea, a passionate student from the tenth grade at the “Spiru Haret” National College Târgu Jiu, shone with his outstanding skills, proving to be a special talent in the field.

Recently, he conquered the top of the National Informatics Olympiad, obtaining the gold medal and the prestigious First Prize. The competition was held in Bucharest, between April 23-28.
With a sharp mind and fearless dedication, Valentin Gabriel Stanciu has traveled a path full of challenges and efforts to reach this culminating point in his rise as a student. With every line of code and algorithm solved, he demonstrated his passion and dedication to the digital world in ways that exceeded expectations. It should be noted that the young man graduated from secondary school as the head of promotion.
“Over the last few years, I have participated in several county and inter-county competitions, this year at InfoOltenia obtaining the first prize with maximum scores in the team and individual test. At the National Informatics Olympiad I qualified six times, each time obtaining silver and bronze medals. This year, the success was maximum because we got the first prize and gold medal. My other passions include chess and music. I am very happy that I study at the “Spiru Haret” National College, where there is a special team of teachers. I thank Mr. Director Flavius ​​Boian for the computer science guidance and solid knowledge provided. During the years of the studio, I was supported by Mr. Viorel David, director of SC Artego SA”, Valentin Gabriel Stanciu declared for “Gorjeanul”.

Continue with the Polytechnic, but don’t forget about “Spiru”
Based on the results obtained, the young student of CNSH Târgu Jiu is admitted to the Politehnica University of Bucharest and thinks that after graduation he will return to “Spiru” to help prepare Olympic students. From the first experiments with programming, Valentin Gabriel Stanciu was captivated by the complexity and elegance of IT solutions.
Each year, he strengthened his knowledge and skills, devoting his after-school hours and weekends to better understand algorithms and data structures. However, his achievements are not only the result of individual effort. Behind the young man is the unconditional support of his teachers, who encouraged and guided him on this challenging path. His family has also been a pillar of support, always encouraging him to follow his passion and follow his dreams. Obtaining the gold medal and the First Prize at the National Informatics Olympiad is not only a personal achievement for Valentin Gabriel Stanciu, but also a proof of the extraordinary potential of the young people of our country in the field of technology and informatics. He is a shining example for other students and a source of inspiration for future generations of programmers and software engineers.
